GetYouThinking LLC (GYT) is a company formed through a partnership to facilitate the educational needs of the community. 

The three original partners of GYT have been working both individually and collaboratively on projects that are core to the GYT mission for years.  The company was really born out of the desire to combine what were already successful projects and place them under one identifiable entity.  Since the client base for GYT was already in existence, the company goal was not to increase customers, but instead to build and strengthen relationships.  

Relationship building requires an ongoing assessment of the needs and requests of those we serve.  Through these assessments it became abundantly clear that there was a need that had not been previously addressed by anyone regionally.  Consistently we heard the desire for national level speakers to be brought into the area.  Those we serve told us that local colleges and other educational companies were either unable or unwilling to support National speaking venues.  Determined that our region deserves nothing less than the highest level of education possible GYT set out to address this need.  The first GYT event to support such a venture was held May 3, 2008.  We were blessed to have the privilege of bringing our regional Fire, Rescue, and EMS providers the internationally known rescue expert Ron Moore. 

Corporately GYT is a relatively young company however its mission and goals are not.   

The goal of GYT has been and remains relationship building.   GYT is not a company directed towards the short term.  Instead we plan and train for the enduring long term race.
